Skilled Care & Rehabilitation
Woodland Hills provides high quality medical care for those in need of 24-hour nursing care services in a comfortable setting. Each day, our guests receive excellent attention from our trained professional staff, including a wide range of personal services that support their health and happiness. To further enhance our continuum of care, we provide rehabilitative, hospice, long term care, and respite services.
Our rehabilitation program is designed to accelerate recovery from an injury or illness by offering a unique combination of intensive, focused rehabilitation along with 24-hour skilled nursing care. We offer onsite Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Restorative Therapy services in our Wellness Center.
Medicare, Medicaid and many other private insurances are accepted.
Our Activities Director, along with an assistant and community volunteers, assists in the physical and spiritual development of residents by offering educational, social, creative, and supportive activities of everyday life. The goal of the Activity Department is to create a program with each resident's interests in mind while maintaining the highest level of activity based on the resident's physical and mental abilities. Activities may include: Music, crafts, bingo, table games, or special celebrations and entertainment events.
